As the autumn leaves paint the world with warm hues, it’s the perfect time to infuse your mornings with a touch of mindful serenity. Embracing a morning mindset practice can set a positive tone for your day, enhancing your gratitude, focus, and overall well-being. Today, let’s explore a simple autumn morning routine that incorporates gratitude, mindful planning, empowering mindset shifts, and a grounding mindfulness mantra. By dedicating a few moments to this practice, you can step into the day with intention and grace.
1. Gratitude Journaling
Begin your morning by acknowledging the blessings in your life. Grab your journal and write down three things you are grateful for. It could be the crisp morning air, a supportive friend, or a comforting cup of tea. Focusing on gratitude instills positivity and sets the stage for a day filled with appreciation.
2. Daily Planning and Intentions
Take a moment to outline your priorities for the day. Jot down the tasks you need to accomplish and set clear intentions for each of them. Reflect on how accomplishing these tasks will contribute to your overall goals. Planning your day mindfully enhances focus and ensures you’re aligned with your aspirations.
3. Mindset Shifts to Empower Your Day
Challenge any negative thoughts that may be lingering in your mind. Replace them with positive affirmations or empowering beliefs. For example, if you’re feeling apprehensive about a meeting, shift your mindset by affirming, “I am confident, capable, and well-prepared. I approach challenges with grace and intelligence.” Embrace the power of positive thinking to empower your day.
4. Simple Mindfulness Mantra
Close your eyes and take a deep breath. Inhale the crisp, autumnal air and exhale any tension or worry. As you breathe, repeat a grounding mantra silently to yourself. For instance, you can use the mantra, “I am present, I am calm, I am capable.” Let these words wash over you, grounding you in the present moment.
By incorporating this autumn morning mindset practice into your daily routine, you cultivate a sense of mindfulness, gratitude, and empowerment. As the season changes, so too can your mindset, allowing you to embrace the beauty of each moment with open arms. Remember, your mornings set the tone for the rest of your day. By nurturing your mind and spirit, you create a foundation for a day filled with purpose, joy, and contentment.
Wishing you a season of mindful mornings and abundant blessings!

7 Ways to Use Your Planner to Manifest Your Best Year!
Today I am sharing 7 ways to use your planner to manifest your best year ever!
If you think your planner is simply a tool for time or task management, you are missing a tremendous opportunity to use your planner to help you manifest and realize the life of your dreams. For years I have been using my planner a little different than the average person might, because a significant portion of my planner is more than just calendars and agenda inserts. I customize my planner to include spiritual elements that truly help me stay in alignment with what I want for the year. So, here are my best tips for how you can set up your planner to help you manifest success this year.
Strategy #1: Make it a mindset shift
My first tip here is that you need to make the mindset shift for yourself that your planner and planning isnât just about keeping track of what to do and where to be, instead its about setting the intention that your planner is going to be an energetic placeholder for your goals and that whatever you write inside it is like placing an order with god/spirit/or the universe. So that is step one- deciding and setting the intention and shifting your mindset- that your planner is more than mere paper and metal and leather or whatever material itâs made out of- this is now a mystical energy generator thatâs holding the power and potential for you to take action on building your dream life.
Strategy #2: Choose your word for the year
The second strategy or activity I want you to do with your planner is to create a word for the year and write it somewhere inside your planner. Your word for the year is meant to be a theme for what you want to manifest this year, and along with the word, think about and list out inside your planner what that word means to you and how you intend for that word to manifest for yourself. If you want, I have a template over on my Instagram account that I was sharing for creating your word of the year- you can totally screen shot that and print it for your planner if youâd like. My word for this year is brilliance and my intention for that word is that i want to manifest more creativity and wonderful ideas for my life and business this year. I also want to manifest brilliance in the form of light and beauty. I want to bring more light to my community and uplift them, and I also want to work on my physical body to make myself look and feel more beautiful and brilliant that way. For example, I literally bought Crest White Strips for the first time in years because I want my teeth to be whiter and more brilliant. So thats an example of how my word of the year is aligned with my intentions and ultimately my actions!
Strategy #3: Set your goals
Strategy three is that you need to set your goals and keep them listed out in your planner. Many people goal plan but they keep their goals elsewhere to reference, but that makes no sense to me. I want my goals front and center in my planner- and in fact my goals are one of the first pages of my planner, because these are things I actually want to happen, not just things it would be nice to get if and when I have the time.
For me, the vast majority of my plans and objectives for the year revolve around these goals and making them happen. And if youâve been a member of my community for a while, you have likely seen that I am someone who gets a lot accomplished and makes her life happen, and I attribute this to the fact that my goals are the keystone to the way I live and work and move through life. So, set your goals for the year- if you want to set your goals the way I do, you can purchase my THIS IS YOUR YEAR bundle with my You got goals workbook and workshop as well as the CEO Retreat classes where I walk you through my goal setting process for both my life and my business.
Strategy #4: Create a vision board for your planner
Next, strategy number four is to create a vision board for inside your planner. I have a whole video on how to create a vision board for your planner that Iâll leave linked for your reference, but you essentially want to take those goals you set and turn them into images that evoke the feeling of achieving that goal. To do this, I search images online, most come from pinterest but anytime I see an image that evokes a strong emotional reaction for a goal I generally save them to my phone or computer. So, I will assemble all these images and print them out and create a collage with them. This year I ended up created the collage on photoshop and then printing it out on sticker paper and then stuck it to the dedicated vision board spread in my Master Planner. But however you want to do it- as long as you have goals turned into images, and those images make you feel good about the goals- and you put them in a central location in your planner to review daily- you are set. And that reviewing of the vision board daily is an essential part of this strategy as well. We arenât just going to make the vision board and leave it there- instead we are going to spend a few minutes looking at it everyday as part of our daily planning routine! Thatâs how we can use the vision board to activate the receiving of the goals in our subconscious.
Strategy #5: Keep lists of affirmations in your planner
Strategy five is to keep lists of affirmations and positive self-talk in your planer as well. So, in my planner I have a divided section called Mindset and in this section I keep lists of affirmations that Iâve written out that inspire me to get in alignment with my goals. Generally, what I do with these lists is after I hang out with my vision board, I turn to these pages and read them out to myself and they make me feel super positive and inspired to create my plan and complete my work each day. If you struggle to keep motivated and inspired, a practice like this of using a vision board and affirmations will help you remain self-motivated consistently.
Strategy #6: Write a list of things you want to manifest each month
Strategy six is, every month, write yourself a list of things you want to happen and things you want to manifest and keep it in your planner. Another section of my planner is my Manifest section, and here I just have some simple notepaper, and what I will do every month is write out a complete list of all the things Iâd love to happen and I write them out as though they have happened.
So, I might write âThis month I earned $20,000. This month I reached x weight, This month I gained 1 million new followersâ And sometimes I switch it up and I will say something like âI am so happy and grateful that this month I was featured in a national magazine.â Or âI quickly and easily gained 1 million new followers this month.â So, for every line I write I am writing in an affirmative that the thing has already happened. I already received it, itâs already done energetically.
This technique is also known as scripting and some people say you should do this every day, but I like to do it like a big wish list at the start of the month and then mentally let it go. I donât micromanage this list by any means, and itâs okay to me if the things I write down donât happen in the month- the interesting this is that I sometimes get what I ask for but in a different month. So this becomes like a landing page for what I want and my intentions beyond just achieving my goals because on a day to day basis I may think of new things I want to manifest so this is how I open myself up to receiving it.
Strategy #7: Use your best planner supplies and stationery
Last but not least, strategy seven. I know this is a strategy that you did not see coming but I promise you, itâs so important for your mindset and getting more of what you want this year using your planner. Strategy seven is you need to use all of your best planner supplies and stationery that youâve been hoarding away and waiting to use for a special occasion. Guess what? Today is the day you are going after you goals and manifesting your best life, so itâs definitely a special occasion kind of a day! Got it! Stop holding onto your favorite pens, highlighters, sticky notes, inspo cards- whatever stationery supplies youâve been hoarding- you need to use them and know that you are worth it, your plans are worth it and there is always more where that came from! Using those supplies youâve been saving it going to unlock new levels of productivity and abundance and receiving for you because you are showing up and saying okay, today is worth me investing in, what Iâm doing today no matter how big or small is worth the expense or sacrifice of some pretty planner things. I am worth it, my planner is worth it, my goals are worth it, my to do list is worth it!
So, those are seven strategies to manifest your best year ever using your planner. I want to hear which of these strategies you are going to integrate. I recommend them all but I donât think you necessarily need to do all of them at once. Donât overwhelm yourself, choose whatever seems the most practical for your life and see how it makes you feel and the results you end up getting when you start doing things a little differently than before.

High Vibe Garden Party Soundtrack for Relaxation, Self-Care & Your AM Routine
I have a new productivity resource Iâd like to share with you!
This past weekend on Youtube, I published a lovely soundtrack of classical music with a nature ambience that is perfect for you to play if you need to relax, do some much needed self-care, perform your morning routine and do some quiet reading or journaling.
I call it the High Vibe Garden Party because that is the energy I get from the music and ambience Iâve layered together in this soundtrack. Click here to listen to the soundtrack now!
Music has such a powerful effect on our minds, our bodies and our productivity, because it can very quickly shift us into feeling a specific way. So, do yourself a favor and use this soundtrack this week as the background music to your life to start leaning into a more relaxed an intentional energy.
Iâm going to be creating more of these soundtracks this month to help support the energy you need to embody at specific points in your day, so I sincerely hope you enjoy them!
Iâve just been feeling so good and positive and like life has been pretty effortless.
And I attribute this feeling to getting back into the habit of daily journaling.
Over the years I fall into and out of my daily journaling practice, and at the start of April I designed some new daily mindset work for myself and it really just clicked that daily habit back into place for me.
I think we all have those things, those habits we know are good for us and make a difference but sometimes we have a hard time sticking to it.
Well one of those habits for me is journaling daily, and what often makes daily journaling a hard habit for me to stick to is that I feel a lot of pressure to having something to write when I sit down to do the journaling itself.
When it comes to journaling, a blank page can have me stumped, but at the same time I know itâs so good to do it everyday.
So, having a framework for what Iâll be journaling really helps.
That is were my current daily mindset work comes in.
Donât worry- Iâm going to link it for you below because I give you full permission to copy it and use it for yourself!
This structure has worked so well for me because I am not just building that daily writing habit and getting my thoughts out of my head and onto paper, but also because this journaling structure is really great for identifying goals and rewriting limiting beliefs.
So, let me walk you through the structure and explain how to use it.
Top 3: This is were you will list out three goals you are currently focused on achieving. Even if you donât think you can achieve them in the near future, write them out here. These should be your three highest priority goals.
Beliefs & Self-Talk: In this prompt I want you to think about each goal and identify what you would need to believe to be true of the world and/or yourself in order to attain the goal. Often our own beliefs of what is realistically possible end up limiting us. So, forget about being logical or realistic about your goals and decide what you need to simply believe and trust is possible for you in order to make your goal a reality.
Inspired Actions: Thinking about each goal as though it has already happened, what is the next action you feel inspired to take knowing you canât mess things up because your goal is guaranteed. It might take you a moment to sit in the feeling of knowing, believing and trusting that your goal will be attained before the inspiration strikes. And the inspiration could be anything directly related to your goal or not. But if you get a sudden burst of inspiration to do something- that is the action you need to follow from your intuition in order to move towards your goal.
Now, that is the basic framework for the Daily Mindset Work and journaling I have been doing, but I also have been adding a few affirmations at the end of my practice as well.
Affirmations: Usually these are a clearer restatement of the beliefs and self-talk I wrote out earlier, but they could also be encouraging or inspirational words I feel like I need to hear.
You canât mess this up, just try not to judge yourself as your journal and follow the lead of your instincts or intuition.
One more thing I want to remind you about this daily mindset journaling is that although it would be great for you to start your day with this work, the morning is not the only time you can do it.
I often do this work in the later part of the morning before starting my work tasks, or even in the middle of my day. And if I have a busy or distracting day that prevents me from being as present or intentional as Iâd like- I will even break out my journal in the evening while watching tv, eating dinner, or even in bed before I go to sleep.
The thing about having a daily habit is that you do it every day, even if you canât do it at the same time every day.
Getting it done is the most important part.
AND if you are curious, the notebook I have been using to do this Daily Mindset Work in has been the CEO Journal.
Itâs a notebook I designed with a date selection grid at top and a squared page layout that is perfect for journaling, note taking and even bullet journaling if you want to plan with it.
I sincerely hope this Daily Mindset Work helps you to establish the habit of journaling in your day, and helps you to feel that same sense of ease, flow and happiness Iâve been experiencing for the last month.
Today I am sharing more on Planner Alchemy- tips for using your planner to manifest productivity and success in your life. Specifically, I want to share some tips for how to Feng Shui your planner to attract positive productivity energy.
Feng Shui is an ancient Chinese practice of using and directing universal life force energy or qi into areas of your life to achieve balance, harmony and improvement.
When we hear about Feng Shui, we often hear the practice used in terms of organizing and decorating our homes, but we can also apply Feng Shui principles to our planner and so I want to share five such tips with you today.
Tip 1. Keep your planner open whenever possible: If you are working at your desk, keep your planner open, even if you are not actively using it or referring to it, because this helps to clear the air around your planner and attract positive chi as part of the Feng Shui Philosophy.
Tip 2. Clear out clutter: a main principle of Feng Shui is to keep your spaces clean and neat. One of the tenants of Feng Shui is that positive energy or qi canât flow in a hoarded room. So, good qi also can’t flow into a hoarded or messy planner. I regularly remove unnecessary pages from my planner and either discard them if they are not needed or save them in an archive or storage binder for future reference, as this will help clear the energy of my planner for positive qi!
Tip 3. Fill your planner with beauty and happiness: In Feng Shui, the way an area looks and feels has a major impact on the type of energy that is attracted to it. So, make sure you leave inspirational images and quotes in your planner so that positive energy is attracted to it. Keep some tokens of happy memories tucked inside extra pockets or punched inside your planner. I’d also recommend taking notes of achievements and positive events on your agenda pages as this will also help to make your planner a destination for positive energy.
Tip 4. Choose your ink color purposefully: In Feng Shui color is a powerful quality meant to strategically attract energy into your life. Consider choosing the ink colors that you use inside your planner, in terms of your pen and highlighters, strategically to correspond to what energy you are looking to attract more of in your life.
Here are the Feng Shui Color Correspondences:
Black: Career + Life Path White: Children and creativity Grey: Helpful people and travel Blue: Knowledge and personal development Turquoise: New beginnings and confidence Green: Growth, family and health Brown: Stability and security Purple: Spirituality, adventure and prosperity Pink: Relationships, partnership and romance Red: Fame and reputation Yellow: Power, health and patience Orange: Health and happiness
Tip 5. Store your planner in a clean and well lit space: Donât keep your planner shoved in your bag or in a drawer for hours on end, leave it in a place of respect out in the open where it will not get damaged and will be like an ornament in your life. If you have respect for your planner and treat it with respect, positive energy will also continue to flow to it, attracting success, abundance and productivity into your life.
Watch the Video on How to Feng Shui Your Planner
So, those are my top five tips to apply the principles of Feng Shui to your planner to start attracting positive productivity energy into your life. I hope this gives you some new inspiration for using your planner to attract more abundance, productivity and success in your life.
Today I want to share with you 7 crystals that you can use to supercharge your planner!
Many of you ask me about my crystals, which ones I have and what I use them for and I thought this would be a fun themed video for all my planner lovers.
If you are new to crystals, they are beautiful natural earth elements and stones that are believed to hold a specific energy based on their color and structure and therefore have metaphysical properties that may support you in different areas of life.
Any one crystal can be used a number of ways, but today I want to introduce you to seven that hold specific energies that I believe are helpful for planning and productivity.
Video: 7 Crystals to Supercharge Your Planner
I hope youâve enjoyed this video and learning about how crystals can help support your planning and productivity needs.
Now I want to hear from you in the comments, which crystals or stones are you interested in picking up and using with your planner?
As we kick off off the New Year, now is a wonderful time to reevaluate and establish a more productive daily routine.
For those of us who seek to find balance in our lives between our work and personal priorities, structuring an intentionally productive daily routine is an activity that will help us create a dedicated time and space for what matters.
I like to think of my daily routine in four segments:
âď¸ Morning đť Afternoon (Workday) đ˝ Evening đ Night
And within those segments of time, I have specific productive activities to perform.
Although I donât believe it is necessary for any two people to have the exact same daily routine, I do know that there are research backed habits that are essential to your productivity and success. So for me, fitting those non-negotiables into my schedule creates the basic structure of my productive daily routine and helps me to create a day and life with a sense of intention and flow.
âď¸ Morning Wake Up + Make Bed Meditate Journal Morning Hydration Plan for the Day
đť Afternoon First Work Block Take a Break Second Work Block Make + Eat Lunch Third Work Block
đ˝ Evening Movement Make + Eat Dinner Tidy Up Family/Relationship Time Personal Time
đ Night Bath/Shower Skincare Routine Evening Hydration Reflection Sleep
Feel free to use my structure to create your own Productive Daily Routine and let me know in the comments what your daily non-negotiable habits are for 2022!
xoxo,
P.S. If you are looking for more inspiration and accountability to build your ideal productive daily routine, the Productivity + Planning Mastermind is ready and waiting for you!
Members of my Productivity + Planning Mastermind get weekly accountability check-ins with me, as well as both group and direct coaching. Plus, members of the mastermind get a library of planning tools to help them get organized and manage their time and tasks better. They also get masterclasses that walk them through setting their goals, changing their habits, working on their mindset and other ongoing education topics.
As youâre setting your goals and resolutions for the New Year, remember that there are more things to experience and bring to fruition in life than the immediate outcomes we may desire in our physical reality.
The dream job, the new home, the weight loss, the perfect wedding, these are all wonderful things to desire and manifest, but some of the best things in life, the things that really move the needle in our sense of happiness and connection in the world are things we will never be able to see or measure or create a step by step action plan for.
They are subtle energetic shifts, they are quantum leaps that hurdle our own limiting beliefs, they are immaterial and therefore often sorely overlooked and undervalued.
So, I have compiled a list of 22 of these such things that you may want to consider manifesting in 2022. If you donât set goals, these outcomes may be more your style, but if you do set goals, consider how impactful allowing these shifts into your life would be for your overall wellbeing and contentment.
A positive self image
Confidence in your abilities
Clarity on what you want for the future
Perfect health and wellness
Amazing soul mate relationships
A morning routine that gets you excited to jump out of bed
A career that you love
A practice for manifesting money
Self care habits that energize you
Great sleep on a consistent basis
People who inspire you
Supportive and encouraging self talk
Books that change your view on the world
A sense of grounding and security in yourself
A clear connection to your intuition
Forgiveness for yourself and others
Deep conversations that increase your connection with others
A community who sees and supports you
Experiences that push you outside your comfort zone
An unshakable connection to God/Spirit/Universe
The realization of your purpose
Abundant gratitude for life
If you are looking for a tool to help you get crystal clear on what you are manifesting for 2022 consider the 2022 You Got Goals Planner + New Year Goal Setting Workshop. These are goal setting tools that go beyond the traditional goal breakdowns and New Years resolutions. Yes, they will help you breakdown your goals into step by step action plans, but they will also help you reframe your mindset around your goals so you can remove limiting beliefs and develop new positive beliefs that help support your motivation to make your goals a reality in 2022!
I donât know about you, but Iâm a List Lover with a Planner Problem! So, anytime I can combine the two, lists and planners, I feel like Iâve found my happy place.
I think most of us take lists for granted, actually. We make lists as these sort of throw away tools to help us remember what we need to get done, and then cross of the list and make a new one tomorrow. But, I love a good list that can live in my planner with a purpose. A list I can reference over and over with important, albeit, perhaps a little unconventional information.
Because at their heart, lists are about reference and reminder, and we humans are very forgetful creatures, so lists are an important tool to utilize for our success in a number of ways. The most important way we can use lists, in my opinion, is to keep our energy high vibe so that we remain as happy and engaged with our lives as possible.
So, Iâve compiled 25 High Vibe Lists to Keep in Your Planner!
Your Current Goals
Gratitude List
Your Morning Routine
Your Favorite Things
Food You Love
People that Make You Smile
Places to Visit
Books to Read
Your Evening Routine
Inspirational Quotes that Motivate You

LOOKING FOR MORE HIGH VIBE RESOURCES?
The HIGH VIBE BIBLE was intentionally designed to help you raise your vibration and manifest your desires over the course of 90 days or roughly three months. One part journal, one part manifestation tool, the High Vibe Bible is a loosely guided journaling experience intended to help you get super clear on what you want to achieve or receive, and then help you align your thoughts and actions to make it a reality.
Within in this journal you will find inspiration and guided prompts to help you clearly state your desires, create a plan for managing your energy and space to align your thoughts.
Each week starts with a worksheet where you will: ⢠Write out an inspirational mantra or affirmation for yourself to use that week. ⢠Clearly identify what you wish to manifest ⢠Identify how your manifestation makes you feel ⢠Provide strategies for how you intend to raise your energetic vibration towards a positive mindset ⢠Document signs and synchronicities that indicate your manifestation is coming to fruition ⢠Track actions you will take over the course of the week to keep yourself in alignment
Each day you have a designated area to: ⢠List out daily gratitude ⢠Briefly journal your thought for alignment that day
Each week ends with: ⢠A summary of what manifested for you ⢠Space to identify the high point of your week ⢠An area to briefly journal what youâve learned
At the end of the journal you will also find a collection of seven lists that you can populate during the time you use the journal. Update and refer back to these lists often to help keep you in alignment with a positive mindset!
â Imagine feeling the clarity of knowing exactly what you want in life and what you are working towards. There is no confusion, you know your time is valuable and meaningful because your life is filled with wonderful things that youâve manifested and there is so much more on the horizon!
â Imagine waking up with a purpose, excited to start the day because your journaling practice helps shift your mood to one of positivity and optimism. You feel more like the woman youâve always wanted to be and you are unapologetic about treating her the way she deserves to be treated!
â Imagine experiencing your day as that pleasant, low stress woman that family, friends and co-workers flock to because you are like a ray of sunshine for their day. Youâre magnetic, you easily get what you need from others, and they feel truly blessed to know you!
â Imagine the delight of getting each desire you ask for in such an easy and unexpected way that you feel like the luckiest woman on Earth. You choose to allow your life to be difficult or easy, why struggle when you can let it be easy!
These are the side affects that the High Vibe Bible can have on you when you commit to using this simple but powerful tool to establish a daily manifestation practice. Even if you are not usually drawn to journaling, the High Vibe Bible is such a different experience, but one that has the power to transform your energy and attitude through the act of putting pen to paper.
Whether you know it or not, you have a morning routine.
We all do, no matter if we intentionally chose the steps we take in the morning to get ready for the day, or if we roll out of bed and haphazardly throw ourselves together before running out the door. The routine is there, I never said it had to be a good one.
There are many reasons why we would want to take the time to intentionally craft ourselves a rather nice morning routine, the most prevalent reason would be for the sake of productivity.
It is said that how you spend your mornings sets the tone for the day, and so filling this crucial time with important preparations and planning for the rest of the day seems very sensible. Get your day organized in the morning and the rest of the day will just flow according to plan, right?
Thatâs pretty much the idea.
And so, like most people, I took this morning routine advice seriously for a long time, until I began to feel like the energy of this advice was a little off.
You see, I understand the concept of a morning routine is to set yourself up for a successful day, to get yourself mentally, physically and strategically ready to hit the ground running on your day as quickly and efficiently as possible.
But this energy, to me, feels like we are saying that our day doesnât start until after our morning routine is finished. Like the routine itself is a task to get through so you can then take on the real tasks and work that come next.
I really donât like that vibe at all.
I want my day to feel like itâs starting from the moment I wake up. I want to feel like my morning routine is something I can look forward to. Important me time that I eagerly want to jump out of bed for!
And so I realized that the concept of a morning routine really wasnât cutting it for me, and so I decided instead to upgrade my morning routine into a High Vibe Morning Ritual instead!
Doesnât that just feel more intentional and magical than a bland morning routine?
Of course, practically speaking much of the activities are similar, but there are a few key distinctions that really make an impact on this shift.
#1. Look forward to your day:I want your morning ritual to be the first reason youâre excited to jump out of bed in the morning, so choose your morning activities based on how they energize and inspire you, not based on measures for productivity. Think about how you would spend your ideal morning if you were on vacation and adapt that idea for your morning ritual.
#2. Slow down your schedule:Normally, we are trying to push through our morning routine quickly to start our day, but to turn your morning in a ritual, you need to slow everything down. There is no rush. The day will come whether you move quickly or not, and although you may feel the pressure to move rapidly, that is only draining your energy more. Slow down, relax, and allow yourself to experience pleasure in your morning activities.
#3. Treat yourself like the number one priority:If you spend your morning doing more for other people or meeting external expectations than doing for yourself, no wonder you are exhausted before the day has even begun. You need to set yourself up for success in the morning in every way possible. Make your morning ritual about self-care in as many ways as you can. You are worth the time and effort.
#4. Upgrade your ambience:You deserve to spend time in a space that inspires and uplifts you and there are a number of ways you can achieve this. Light candles, diffuse oils, listen to relaxing music or an energizing morning rampage audio. Your outer environment reflects your inner environment, so make your morning space a place that reflects and supports the best of you.
#5. Make it about mindset:Everything you do as part of your morning ritual should reflect back on the mindset you want to cultivate for yourself. You are a smart, strong capable woman. You deserve to be prioritized. Your physical wellbeing is a top priority for you. You are eager to get started achieving your goals each day. You are worthy of everything you desire. That is just a little taste of the mindset you could be establishing and reflecting through your morning ritual. In order to build up a collection of personal beliefs like this, I think itâs great to journal each day as part of your ritual. Putting pen to paper and writing what you want to achieve and believe about the way the world gets to work for you in incredibly powerful.

â We even have a dedicated group for small business CEOs to learn and connect as well!
â The best part is, when you join the Mastermind, you get immediate access to the entire library of resources, masterclasses and bonus materials that I have been creating since itâs launch.
â There is no waiting, content isnât dripped to you, itâs all there for you to explore and access on-demand as you please.
â And of course I am there as well for guidance and to answer your questions along the way.
