With the close of March upon us, April and Q2 about to begin, now is the time to do your quarterly business planning. On Saturday I went live on my YouTube channel to share my Quarterly Business Planning Process, so, if you have not had the chance to sit down and follow along with my process, this is just a simple reminder to get yourself started.

So much can be accomplished in a quarter!

For me, mapping out my business plans on a month to month basis is just too short a period of time to get a good grasp on the objectives and goals I am trying to reach. So, by doing my big picture business planning on a quarterly basis, this gives me several check-ins throughout the year to ensure I’m progressing on my goals.
