Upon checkout, there are three ways to access your purchases. First, when you complete checkout via Paypal, you will be redirected back to The Charmed Shop to a page where you will have instant access to download the files associated with your order. Second, if you have chosen the option to create an account during checkout, you will be able to log into your account and access all files from the \u201cMy Account\u201d page. Finally, you will also be emailed a final invoice after payment is complete that has direct downloads to all files included in that email.\u00a0<\/span><\/p><\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

In order to have continued access to your purchases, I highly recommend that you download and save any files associated with your order as soon as possible after checkout. If you choose to create an account in the shop at checkout, your purchases will be saved in your account for one year from your date of purchase. So, I highly recommend that you download your PDF files as soon as possible and save them to a reliable source so that beyond that first year you can continue to access them freely!\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

For those who may have misplaced their digital files, please email me with your invoice or order receipt and I can restore those purchases to you.<\/p>

There are three exceptions to this policy to be aware of:<\/p>

1. This does not apply to any calendar dated products which are only intended for use in the year they are marked for. So I do not restore previous year dated planners.<\/p>

2. This does not apply to products that have been significantly upgraded, like eBooks, Master Classes and Courses. I do not have the capacity to store and keep current any past iterations of products. Those who are eligible to receive upgraded iterations are made aware via email and clear communication at the time of the upgrade.<\/p>

3. This does not apply to purchases made beyond two years. I am continually making incremental improvements to my existing products and developing new products at the same time. I strive to provide the best possible care and attention to my customers, and as the shop has been running since 2015 that\u2019s a lot of customers to assist! So, please be mindful that although my products are digital and you can keep and use many of them in perpetuity, it\u2019s your responsibility to download and store them just as you would a physical purchase at a store. If you misplace a book or video you purchased from the store several years ago, you know you can\u2019t just walk back in even with your receipt and ask for another, so please make sure to download your files and use them to get as much value as possible from them!<\/p><\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

The first place to check if you loose a file from your order is the order invoice you received via email. These invoices contain download links to the PDFs in your purchase, however, the links often expire after a period of time.\u00a0<\/p>\n

If the download links from your email invoice have expired, next try your account in the shop if you created one at checkout. When you create an account on The Charmed Shop, it will save your purchase information and PDFs for one year from the date of purchase so you have plenty of time to download and save your files to your own computer hard drive or cloud based backup system.<\/p>\n

All of the inserts (and products) on The Charmed Shop are digital in nature. You are absolutely able to take your files to a print ship to be printed, cut and perhaps even punched if that is applicable. Each class and course in The Charmed Shop has an associated PDF download to help you access your purchase. I recommend downloading that PDF and reading the directions thoroughly. When you purchase most classes or courses from The Charmed Shop, you have lifetime access to them. Meaning, as long as the class or course is intact and remains an option I support, you will be able to access it. All PDFs and downloads can be kept and used by you ongoing so long as you keep them saved on your computer hard drive or some backup system. For legal purposes, I can only guarantee one year of access and technical support to your purchase. Directions for accessing a course\/class and login links are all found as part of the associated downloads and PDFs for your purchase, so be sure to keep those in a safe place because I do not redistribute old class materials for purchases older than one year. Please note: my system only stores your account and order details for a year from the date of purchase so your account in the shop is not a long term storage solution.<\/p>\n
