Looking for an elegant 2018 yearly tracker insert for your Filofax or Planner? This FREE insert is available in both Personal & A5 size for use in a variety of different planners! Although these inserts will print on standard printer/copier paper, for best printing results, I highly recommend using a 32b 98 bright paper!
